Job Overview

As a Sr. Sales Representative (Showroom), you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. Your role involves not only handling walk-in clients but also proactively identifying and targeting new customers to expand the business. You will be responsible for promoting Alghanim’s products and services while delivering excellent customer support and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and customers, promoting Alghanim Industries’ range of services and products.
  • Proactively target and identify potential customers, both walk-in and through outreach efforts.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce and explain company offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries and respond to their questions with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and update a detailed customer database and sales records.
  • Promote services strategically to help meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Stay current with market trends and assist management in analyzing customer preferences and forecasting sales activities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Build, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Fulfill sales goals and deliver results in line with company expectations.
  • Manage existing accounts while also planning daily tasks to approach new customers.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within a showroom or retail environment.
  • Experience in design or interior solutions is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
  • A solid background in customer service and client engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
